Vintage 1980s day dress in black rayon with red dots and white abstract circle print. Wrap style with double button at front waist. Wide elastic waistband with straight skirt. Sleeves have tapered shape with fixed button detail. Made by Oops California. This dress is in great condition, there is just one line of pulled seam just below the waist, see last photo.
